Blood Donation Program: Helping Local Pets
Just like people, pets sometimes need life-saving blood transfusions. Whether due to trauma, surgery, or illness, critically ill dogs and cats often depend on the generosity of healthy donors to survive. If you have a healthy pet, they may be eligible to become a hero to others in need through our Blood Donor Program.
We’re looking for loving pet owners who live near our clinic and are willing to have their pet called in, even after hours, to donate blood in urgent situations. In return, your pet will receive free yearly exams and bloodwork as a thank-you for their important role in supporting other animals in our care.
